We are pleased to support Kanaka Ha'aheo in their goal to provide food security for our residents.

The Nanawale Community Association is fortunate to work with many businesses, organizations, non-profit groups & local schools in our area to bring outreach, family & educational programs here to Nanawale.

Our community affiliates graciously provide resources, programs & activities with the support of the staff, volunteers & facilities of the NCA.

Mobile Learning Labs

In June 2020, The Hawaii Department of Education began a

pilot program for distance learning which took place in two different sites in Puna. One of them being Nanawale.
