Mobile Learning Labs
2020 - 2021 SCHOOL YEAR

Beginning Tuesday, September 8th, The Kau, Keaau and Pahoa Complex will be continuing their successful distance learning program for the students of Keonepoko, Pahoa Elementary, Pahoa High and Intermediate and other schools in the Puna district.
This school year many schools are offering face to face learning, blended learning or distance learning. There are many new aspects this year as schools have chromebook distributions for their students to continue learning from the safety of their homes.
Students will be doing coursework on their chrome books via programs like, zoom, accellis, blackboard, I-Ready and others. Students will be given user names and passwords.
If you have questions or wish to enroll in the mobile lab, parents may contact their school and/or
email: hoku_haliniak@notes.k12.hi.us
Please attach the following information in the email:
1. Student's Name(s)
2. Grade Level(s)
3. School Name(s)
All Students will be responsible to know their own login and password information. Please make sure your child brings that information with them each visit to the mobile learning lab. Without that information, your child may not be able to participate.
Each day the students would be health screened and temperatures taken. Students are required to wear masks during class times and practice social distancing.
