Report the unpermitted structure to NCA for documenting purposes

  1. Owner needs to go and take pic to confirm if correct lot. Owner will then need to file with the Dept of Public Works or Dept of Planning.  Form can be found at Nanawale.com under Outreach and then choose Unpermitted Structures. 

  2.  For Dept of Planning Junk Yard Conditions requires at least 3 non operable vehicles.  For Unpermitted file with Dept of Public Works. 

  3. Office will send out warning letter and or Fines and File Lien.
