Nanawale Estates is a residential community incorporated in 1960, located about a mile east from downtown Pahoa. The subdivision covers about 2.2 square miles with 37 miles of private roads and 3 county roads. Located in Puna, the fastest growing area of Hawai’i, Nanawale Estates currently has over 600 residences.
All property owners automatically become members of the Nanawale Community Association upon purchasing their property. The Association is self-managed by owner-volunteers elected to the Board of Directors and maintained by a small staff and community volunteers.
The purpose of this site is to provide information about our community and the association. We are proud of our neighborhood and our homes and invite owners and residents to enjoy our community facilities.
