Nuisance Fine (Noise, Rubbish, Animal Complaints) ................................................$25.00 per instance

• Repeated nuisance complaints (3 or more within a three month period) could result in a CC&R
  Violation and could lead to additional fines and a lien.  Must file police report prior to notifying NCA and just cause must be found by the police department in order to levy fines.

For members and/or tenants who disregard their obligation to the community, we have adopted the following program for other violations: Late fees assessed quarterly without notice until corrected.
