Mobile Learning Lab
IS BACK!!
The Department of Education will be making the Mobile Learning Lab available for all students attending Pahoa Elementary, Keonepoko Elementary and HAAS students.
The Mobile Learning Lab will be at the Nanawale Longhouse two days a week on
Monday and Wednesday.

Feed The People Website Update
To make it a lot easier for anyone wanting to reserve a bag of food from the FEED THE PEOPLE program, there is a website available that specifies the dates of the program from now until the end of the year.
Ashley states:
"Going forward, RSVP links will be published to activatehawaiiaid.org/feed-the-people every Monday at 3pm for weeks a drop is scheduled. (Find our recipe collection here too!! )

Vibrant Hawaii Resilience Hub
Nanawale Longhouse
The goals of this project are to provide COVID-19 emergency response programming to:
• Support community and family resilience
• Increase digital access, and
• Provide food assistance while supporting local business.
Parents are able to sign their child(ren) to use the Nanawale Hub to use the internet provided for students and/or pick up food on certain days.
Food provided will come from local farmers, food vendors and restaurants in the area to support their businesses.
Beginning Friday, September 25th, The Hub will be open to students (Kinder - 12th grade) from 8am to 3:30pm. During the time students may use the hub to use the internet available or simply pick up a meal. Breakfast, Lunch and Early Dinner will be served.
